Our ticketing system uses Global Trust’s SSL encryption technology to transmit the personal information of our members, ensuring the personal privacy of such information and protecting against snooping and/or unauthorized usage. A “locked” padlock icon can be seen beside the address bar located on the top of the page (varies depending on browser used), signifying the information you are transmitting is already under the protection of the aforementioned SSL encryption mechanism and that your transactions are protected.

 

Online Transaction Security: Online credit card payments are made as SSL secure electronic transactions.
All data imputed throughout the online purchase process shall be SSL encrypted and made as SSL secure electronic transactions.

 

Privacy Protection: All personal data collected throughout the online purchase process shall be in strict accordance of data protection regulations.
Apart from membership registration data voluntarily inputted by users, no other personal data shall be collected.

 

<TICKET PURCHASE DETAILS>

1.        Users must first complete the membership registration and email confirmation process before purchasing tickets (it is recommended users complete this process at least 48 hours before placing orders) and are to confirm the accuracy of the data inputted. If the mailing address registered is a business address, it is strongly recommended that the company name and respective department is noted to avoid increasing the difficulty of delivery and/or resulting in misdelivery. Foreigners can register with either their passport or entry permit number to begin purchasing. Ticket retrieval methods shall be as announced by each individual event.

2.      Only credit card payment is permitted for online purchases. Please confirm the status of your credit card in advance to ensure successful purchase. We are unable to confirm your credit card status for you; if the system is unable to obtain authorization from your issuing bank, such an order will automatically be deemed invalid.

3.      Ticket purchases via the ticketing system shall be made online. Purchasers are to strictly abide by published ticketing procedures and re-confirm the accuracy of the order before completing the payment process. Completion of an order signifies the purchaser has agreed to the transaction and respective payment. Such ticket(s) will be deemed to have been sold and the purchaser shall not, for any reason whatsoever, have the right to refuse to pay for such a transaction.

4.      If underage purchasers wish to pay with another person’s credit card (e.g. children paying with a parent's credit cards), the credit card holder is to register as a new member and place the order with the <credit card holder as purchaser>.

5.      Tickets have been approved for use via Taipei City Revenue Service official document no. 10448856200 (December 11, 2015) and have declared amusement taxes with the respective county or city revenue service office where the performance is to be made in.

6.      One ticket per patron required for entry.

7.      Unless otherwise announced, there is free entry for children under 90cm in height (that can be arm-carried), regardless of age. Children over 90cm in height must purchase tickets for entry.

Certain venues also have height restrictions in respect to patron admissions, patrons are to abide by respective venue regulations. In order to ensure the quality of the viewing experience, patrons with children are to maintain the order and comfort of the children and avoid disrupting other patrons. The Promoter reserves the right to ask disruptive patrons to leave the venue.

8.      Tickets are deemed to be of value, please ensure its safe-keeping. In the event of loss, damage, destruction or situations that deem the ticket as unrecognizable, no refund or return of such tickets shall be allowed.

9.      Patrons that arrive late at the event are to abide by venue regulations. Patrons that are denied entry due to late arrival shall not be entitled to any type of refund or reimbursement.

10.  If the performance is for any reason cancelled or rescheduled, please refer to our system’s Latest Updates section or contact the event promoter for refunds.

Purchasers that wish for a refund due to the cancellation or rescheduling of an event are to contact the respective event promoter.

11.  Please confirm all details before purchasing tickets and refrain from purchasing tickets from unauthorized sources, in order to avoid damaging your personal rights and interests. The promoter reserves the right to determine the legality of such tickets.

12.  Completed ticket purchases shall signify agreement to the aforementioned rules and regulations. The promoter reserves the right to deny access to patrons in violation of such ticketing rules and safety regulations and/or request that they leave the site. The promoter shall request police assistance during severe violations or in situations endangering public safety.

13.  Please refrain from bringing any photo-taking, audio and/or video recording equipment. If discovered, the staff will confiscate such items for the time being, but will not be responsible for its safekeeping. The staff also reserves the right to delete such data and retains the right to take legal action. Please kindly assist in protecting and maintaining the intellectual property rights of your beloved artist. We appreciate your cooperation.

14.  Food and beverages, smoking, alcoholic beverages, canned or glass containers, and all other dangerous items are strictly prohibited. Please turn your mobile phone off or to silent mode before the event begins in order to ensure a quality viewing experience.

15.  The promoter reserves the right to alter the program. Please refrain from leaving your seats during the performance and strictly abide by on-site staff instructions. The promoter further reserves the right to modify event terms and conditions and to ultimately decide whether or not to engage in ticket sales.

16.  Our ticketing system uses GlobalTrust’s VeriSign cryptographic global electronic verification protocol, with Yuanta Bank providing respective online transaction processing services for safety.

<TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURES>

Our ticketing system supports purchase both online and via cooperating convenience stores (7-11 ibon, FamilyMart FamiPort, Hi-Life Life-ET, OK-MART OK-GO kiosks).

Tickets purchased 10 days or more before the date of engagement will be mailed out via prompt registered post.

A NTD 50 (collected upon credit card payment) system service fee (including postage) will be collected for each order placed, to avoid being charged multiple postage charges, please confirm you have selected all respective ticket before proceeding to payment.

If tickets are to be mailed to different addresses, please place each respective order separately, and fill in the individual mailing addresses. <the ticketing system will collect a separate NTD 50 system service fee (including postage) for each order>
Tickets will be mailed to the designated mailing address within 10 business days. <any exceptions will be in accordance with the ticketing details published online>

Please ensure the accuracy of the recipient details. If the mailing address registered is a business address, please ensure the recipient can in fact forward the tickets to you (e.g. note company name, respective department, and extension number). No remedies will be provided if tickets are lost due to recipient error or inaccurate data.

Tickets are deemed to be unique and of value. Tickets cannot be re-printed nor re-issued. Once tickets are retrieved by the purchaser, we will not re-issue tickets in the event of loss or damage.

Retrievals can be made after 72 hours (3 days) of placing the ticket order until 12:00 PM on the day of engagement; patrons unable to retrieve tickets within the aforementioned timeframe are to contact us 1 business day before the performance.

An additional NTD 50 service fee will be collected per order. Payment to be made online upon checkout.

Patrons must show their ID for on-site ticket retrievals. Please ensure the Ticket Purchaser Name matches that shown on your personal identification card.
When retrieving tickets, please bring your personal identification card and order number. It is recommended that patrons print out the system notification letter and/or respective order information.
1. Taiwanese members can retrieve tickets at the on-site retrieval counter 60 minutes before the show begins by showing your personal identification card.
2. Chinese or oversea members can retrieve tickets at the on-site retrieval counter 60 minutes before the show begins by showing either your passport or Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Permit.
3. Patrons that wish to retrieve tickets for the purchaser can do so by showing your personal identification card and that of the original purchaser, and signing off at the on-site retrieval counter.
4. On-site ticket retrieval online purchase options shall only be offered up until 2 days prior the event.
5. Patrons shall not be able to retrieve tickets without the necessary identification documents.
6. Tickets that are not retrieved by the deadline will still be deemed sold and will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

2.     Convenience Store Purchases (7-11 ibon, FamilyMart FamiPort, Hi-Life Life-ET, OK-Mart OK-GO)

2-1 7-11 ibon Ticket Purchases

(1) 7-11 ibon ticket purchase procedures.

(3) 7-11 ibon ticket purchases (4 tickets per order maximum) can only be paid for with cash at the convenience store counter. Tickets shall be provided upon payment.
(4) After printing your respective ticket payment slip, please proceed to the convenience store counter and complete payment and retrieval within the next 10 minutes. Ticket payment slips that are not settled within the aforementioned time frame will be cancelled and released back into the system for repurchase.

2-2 FamilyMart FamiPort Ticket Purchases
(1) FamilyMart FamiPort ticket purchase procedures.

(2) FamilyMart FamiPort kiosk locations.

(3) FamilyMart FamiPort ticket purchases can only be paid for with cash at the convenience store counter. Tickets shall be provided upon payment.
(4) After printing your respective ticket payment slip, please proceed to the convenience store counter and complete payment and retrieval within the next 10 minutes. Ticket payment slips that are not settled within the aforementioned time frame will be cancelled and released back into the system for repurchase.

2-3 Hi-Life Life-ET Ticket Purchases
(1) Hi-Life Life-ET ticket purchase procedures.

(2) Hi-Life Life-ET kiosk locations.

(3) Hi-Life Life-ET ticket purchases (4 tickets per order maximum) can only be paid for with cash at the convenience store counter. Tickets shall be provided upon payment.
(4) After printing your respective ticket payment slip, please proceed to the convenience store counter and complete payment and retrieval within the next 10 minutes. Ticket payment slips that are not settled within the aforementioned time frame will be cancelled and released back into the system for repurchase.

2-4 OK-GO Ticket Purchases

(1) OK-MART OK-GO ticket purchase procedures.

(2) OK-MART OK-GO kiosk locations.

(3) OK-MART OK-GO ticket purchases (4 tickets per order maximum) can only be paid for with cash at the convenience store counter. Tickets shall be provided upon payment.
(4) After printing your respective ticket payment slip, please proceed to the convenience store counter and complete payment and retrieval within the next 10 minutes. Ticket payment slips that are not settled within the aforementioned time frame will be cancelled and released back into the system for repurchase.

 

<TICKET REFUNDS>

1. Refund Deadline: Day of Engagement-10 Days (if weekend or holiday, deadline postponed to next business day).
No refunds after deadline. Postal submissions must be postmarked by aforementioned deadline.

2.        A 10% service fee (of the ticket price) will be collected for each ticket refund.
(A) Patrons who purchased tickets online via credit card are to mail the (1) Actual Ticket, (2) Full Name, (3) Personal Identification Number, (4) Contact Number, and (5) Ticket Refund Application via Registered Mail or Express Service to“8F., No.7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. 玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統 票務客服中心 )”. Upon receipt of the aforementioned information, G-Music iTicket will refund the credit card originally used upon ticket purchase (minus service fee). The actual time of credit will depend upon the purchaser’s bank.
(B) Patrons who purchased tickets via 7-11 ibon, FamilyMart FamiPort, and Hi-Life Life-ET kiosks are to mail the (1) Actual Ticket,
(2) Photocopy of Bankbook/Passbook Cover (must include Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Name, and Account Number); local banks only, please do not provide dormant nor preferential deposit accounts), (3) Contact Person Name, (4) Contact Number, and (5) Ticket Refund Application via Registered Mail or Express Service to“8F., No.7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City / G-Music iTicket Service Center (

Upon receipt of the aforementioned information, G-Music iTicket will wire the refund to the designate account (minus service fee and remittance charges) within 14 business days
Please call G-Music iTicket for refund applications.

3.        Ticket changes can only be done as a refund. Please repurchase tickets either online or via 7-11 ibon, FamilyMart FamiPort, or Hi-Life Life-ET kiosks, then follow the aforementioned procedure to refund your previous purchase. Please be sure to take note of the refund deadline, as we will not accept any refunds after the deadline.

 

<Overseas/Chinese Ticket Purchases>

1.     Overseas ticket purchases can only be placed online.

2.     Overseas ticket purchases can only be paid for with credit card.

3.     VISA, MasterCard, Ucard, and JCB credit cards only. American Express, Diners Club, and China UnionPay credit cards will not be accepted.
China UnionPay credit cards bearing the VISA or MasterCard Mark, and that have VISA or MasterCard functions, can be used.

4.     Overseas purchased tickets can be retrieved on-site during the day of the event. Chinese purchasers can retrieve tickets with their Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Permit; other overseas purchasers can retrieve tickets with their passport. Passports and Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Permits must matched [G-Music iTicket] member data.

5.     When registering as a [G-Music iTicket] member, Chinese users registering with their Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Permit number must use the aforementioned permit to retrieve tickets on-site on the day of the event. To retrieve tickets on the day of the event, Chinese users registering with their passport must show both their passport and Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Permit to confirm the validity of the passport number and further register their respective permit number.
